Hemp Hearts for weight loss?

If I eat a large raw salad with orange or lemon juice...no dressing In the morning with 4 or 5 spoonfuls of hemp seeds sprinkled on I am not hungry for most of the day. I could see how you could lose weight with them if combined with exercise. Just wondering of anyone had any experience with it,
