Need your help! Questionnaire about Natural Birth experiences

Hi! I’m an Anthropology graduate student collecting data for my thesis project about natural birth. In a nutshell, I want to examine how the pregnancy and birth experiences of women are influenced by midwifery ideologies. This is where I need your help! If you are currently expecting and have decided to have a natural birth for the first time, or if you have tried for a natural birth anytime within the past 5 years, then I would really appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to fill out a questionnaire about your experiences with natural birth and midwifery care. Thanks to anyone who has already filled this out for me. :) You're awesome! I could always use a few more though. And just to let you know, I'm not necessarily after "perfect" natural birth stories. I'm also interested in "intended" natural birthers - you can fill this out even if you deviated from your birth plan during labor. Again, thanks a million for your help!
