My Name is Tahera Hamidi and I am Fourth Grade in Dale City Elementary and need Helmet for bike riding, please help me!

In my city, the hospital (the head injury department) gets grant money for helmets (both bike and ski) and sell them for market value price ($10 - $20).  You  may have to dig around for the advertising, but I have found this helpful for keeping my son in the right size helmet at a lower cost. Craigslist and yard sales are other options.
