Do you have a doula?  I think a doula could help you feel less alone.  Also, don't be afraid to complain about the treatment you are receiving.  They may not realize how unhappy you are, and most places are willing to work with you to make you happy.

We can't afford a doula, And I know my hubby is pretty mad at the different stories we are being given, luckily he will be going with me to my appointments, since I asked him not to leave alone with them anymore.

 

I don't know how to approach the subject of her less than awesome bedside manner.

When are you due?  I know a student doula who is looking for certifying births, would be free of charge.  Send me a private note, or whatever they call it on Mothering.com and we can talk more.

i had my follow up, looks like it is boy # 3 for us. But he still can't see the heart very well, and won't refer us out. I'm not terribly confident in this office.
