When does m/s start? - Page 2

Mine has already started.  It started almost right away.

I caved and got put on diclectin.

My question is when does it freaking end?

This is my 5th pregnancy, 4 kids all born without vomitting...

and I luck out this time?  The worst is the half vomit...it almost gets out but no.......

Mine started around 7 weeks, right around the time that the intense cramping I was having started to fade a bit. It's gotten just a little bit worse everyday since, but it's not unbearable or anything. Usually I feel okay unless I haven't eaten in 2 or 3 hours -- then I feel like I'm going to throw up until I do eat something. It's not the best feeling being hungry and queasy at the same time, but I'm trying to keep in mind that it means things are probably progressing well! Will definitely be glad when the nausea fades away like the cramping did though.

with dd it didn't start till 7 or 8 weeks, and was very light nausea for only two or three weeks. this time it hit at 6 weeks exactly, and though i haven't thrown up yet i am feeling on the brink till about 1pm every day. ginger ale is all that is getting me through, though as soon as it goes away in the afternoon i am crazy hungry and having weird cravings. all my pregnancy symptoms are earlier and stronger this time than with dd.

I feel grosser every day. Let's talk about when it ends? I seriously look through my calendar and count the weeks. It's not over for me by the end of the first trimester (mid June) but better. Six weeks! Do you know what I cannot stand while pregnant? That projectile vomiting smiley. Don't post that, you guys. I see the MW on Tuesday. I might ask her for meds I'll likely not take.

Anyone ever had m/s get worse in the evening? By 3, I'm too grossed out to eat hardly anything. Blah.

I'm just getting weird occasional waves of nausea.  Only once so far I was at the point of gagging, puking a little, and that was after taking some vitamins.  Vitamins seem to do it for me...bleh.

That's all I am right now also.  Low gag reflux has kicked in.  But no super strong nausea that makes me want to eat crackers or lay down.

Kinda wishing for stronger signs.  But my I seem to get m/s when everyone else's ends (8+ weeks).

Well, morning sickness has arrived.  I was silly enough to hope that I wouldn't get sick this pregnancy! ha!

As for when it ends...for me...it ends when the baby is out.  I remember with my first, my first thought when I got to hold her was "Hey, I could totally eat something right now!"  That first meal was the best thing I ever tasted! lol

Right now nothing sounds good but greasy cheeseburgers which we never eat normally!  Yikes.

Yesterday I felt nauseaous for about 30% of the day, other than that I'm just so tired.  I can barely wake up in the morning, even with extra sleep!  Sigh.  Even now I feel a little unsettled somehow.  All of that, plus weird digestion has been my main symptoms.  I had had those lower ab aches so much as well.  Pretty much every day, but I'm starting to think that's my digestive tract mainly. This afternoon I got up quickly and got a huge stabbing pain on my side (I know I need to start getting up on my side).  That's the ligaments, OUCH, I forgot how painful that can be when you get up wrong!

( like y'all needed a run down )  I have a feeling the m/s is going to get worse, not at the puking stage yet.  I guess the wrong food has to hit me the wrong way.

I am 5 weeks and 2 days today and I am feeling not so good. Not really nauseous, just bleh with a headache and hungry feeling but nothing that tastes good. I just want to lay down and nibble some something here and there.

Aaaah. Oh my gosh! I can't believe I posted this and here I am at 8-1/2 weeks and the nausea is sooo much better the last few days. I am way more tired now but I can eat....like a normal person...and food tastes good again....and the smell of it doesn't make me gag!! As long as I don't get too hungry I am great. I think I just may have turned a corner! Whew! thumb.gif

I've been doing better since about Tuesday. (I'm 9 weeks today.) It was kind of abrupt. I just woke up and didn't feel quite as pregnant...lol. I still have passing nausea, but it comes and goes rather than camping out all day. I've been eating more protein lately, so that may be finally helping.

It may be wishful thinking, but I am feeling just a weensy bit better today.  Or it might be due to the fact that I've been eating nothing but Saltines and roasted almonds.  When I eat anything sweet or containing milk, I get the worst sour taste in my mouth the I can't get rid of.  But today for the first time in a couple of weeks I didn't feel like I needed to be close to a toilet or a sink at all times.  Let's hope tomorrow is the same!!  With my first two pregnancies, I always felt worse in the evenings, but with this one, mornings are the worst.  Counting the days until this trimester is over!sleepytime.gif.  Hope everyone is feeling better soon!

Hey, so is 8 1/2 weeks or 9 weeks when it starts to get better?  LOL...I should know this as I've done this 4 times before but yes it's been a while.  I get lots of waves here, sometimes I just have that achy nausea feeling in my stomach.  Maybe about 40-50% of the time.  I think I'm also having some weird food aversions as well.  Yesterday I couldn't eat a sandwich that someone made for me.  Just tasted so off!  Yuck!

When does morning sickness end?! I am totally miserable and have been for almost 4 weeks (I'm 10 weeks) I had zero morning sickness with my son, this has been a total shocker.
Extreme fatigue nausea and general flu feeling almost all day long. Saturday I told my husband I wish I could be put into a coma until it was all over! I even took a few days of sick leave it's that bad. Reglan helps for the nausea but not for the rest, eyesroll.gif so I'm not taking it. Okay whine over I can't wait for all of us to get through this!

For me it usually begins gradually around 6-7 weeks, gets progressively worse (mainly in the evenings) and finally goes away right around the 2nd trimester.  This time it began properly last week (6 weeks), and it seemed to just be truly unbearable later in the day.  This week however, I'm waking up feeling terrible, and it usually gets better after I eat, only to get bad again mid afternoon.

I also have a constant horrid taste in my mouth.
