BF, IUI questions

So my baby is 14 months and nurses 2-3 times in 24 hours. I got my period back after a month but my LP has varied month to month. I did IUI with clomid and didn't get pregnant but my LP was back to what it was before pregnancy and nursing. I am worried I need to wean. I am 39 and they did check my prolactin levels and they were 7 so she said that was good. But ca the nursing still affect the uterus lining and the implantation? I know 100% that I ovulated with the clomid. I just feel time is ticking and I really don't want to wean but if that's my only way to get pregnant again I will have to.
Anyone know anything about this?

welcome! You might want to post this in the infertility forum: you might get more responses there. I'm wondering the same thing as we start to ttc again. Our first baby was conceived through ivf and we don't want to wait to get the ball rolling either. Here's the link!
