At my 31 week appointment yesterday (32 weeks on Monday), baby boy was head down! It was SUCH a relief, because he was breech 2 weeks ago and seemed to be breech or transverse since...I couldn't feel a head in my pelvis for the life of me, but my midwife said without a doubt, nice and low, too. : ) JOY.
I guess that sent me into a nesting binge, because yesterday I decided to move DD1 and DD2 (almost 5, almost 2) into the same room together. Also inspired by the fact that we have found two bees in DD2's room (the nursery) in the past couple of days...she woke up with one IN HER HAIR and when I swatted at it ti get it out it cruised around and stung me on the cheek. Nice. So, needless to say, it was time to move her. And now I have spent all morning moving clothes, putting mine in bins, and generally trying to clear out baby's room to transform into a boy's nursery. It is attached to our room, which is nice, though I hope he can sleep with us for a good while. : ) Ooh, I can't wait to get my hands on this baby boy!!! Keep that head down, little man! Now, I just need to ask DH for my mother's day present...to agree to name him Oakley...
