Books about helping children adjust to new baby?

Any recommendations for books that talk about helping children with the transition of having a new baby join the family?

I picked up What Baby Needs by Dr. William Sears.  We practice attachment parenting, and most books about a new baby coming don't show that type of parenting style.  I think it's a great book.
