I thought it would be fun to start a thread where we can post our workouts. It's definitely motivating to me to see what other people are up to and I like to get new ideas. I am still Crossfitting 3 times a week but I need to get creative and fit in something on 2 more days a week, if possible.
I'll get us started - I hope others will join!
Today's workout was at Crossfit and took me about 25 minutes...
For time:
10 pullups
15 pushups
20 air squats
Run 200m
15 pullups
21 kettlebell swings
Run 400m
50 wallballs
Run 400m
21 kettlebell swings
15 pullups
Run 200m
20 air squats
15 pushups
10 pullups
