Fighting Morning Sickness

I've been successfully keeping my nausea down with St. Claire's Organics Peppermints. However, they have peppermint oil in them. Should I be worried about this? I've heard conflicting ideas about how safe peppermint oil is. I've been popping these things all day since this started about a week ago. In other news, I went to bed at 6:30 last night. I should feel awesome, but I still feel tired. Whine.

I was wondering the same thing.  I normally use peppermint oil for nausea and headaches (both of which I have now) but I'm too afraid to use it now!  I'm going to ask my MW but the appointment isn't until the 22nd!

Definitely call up the midwife....I'm sure they can answer that kind of question over the phone.  I've read online that likely it's OK with normal use....I don't think having some losenges or tea sounds excessive.  But, definitely sounds like something a m/w can answer.  In the past I've used ginger tea and that's helped somewhat.
