Domperidone?

Can anyone PM me (or post if it's ok to be public!) if you are aware of a doctor who will order domperidone in MD or DC?  Neither my OB  nor my baby's pediatrician will order it.  If you've taken it, or worked with women who've taken it, how did you get it?  Can midwives, or NP's order medication?  Thank you for any leads!  My baby will appreciate it!

Yes CNM may order domperidone,after an exam and history and maybe some labs to check for contributing factors.Special beginnings is a good go to as a client.I hope this helps
