Anyone know why this seat was discontinued?

A friend is looking into buying it for her one year old and wondered why it was discontinued.  Does it have the same measurements as the Momentum 65?:

Anyone?  Is this seat being discontinued?

It was replaced with the Momentum 65, which has increased rear and forward facing weight limits.  Otherwise, it's the same seat.
