Hoo boy April was sooooo busy for me! Pretty nice weather, though. Now it is starting to steam up (you fellow Texans know what I'm talking about).

 

5/1 - 35 minutes cardio max weight loss

5/2 - 50 min sculpt and burn body blitz

Hey Damsel!!! You might have been busy last month but your totals sure don't show it!!!  

 

I feel so good!!!  I am kicking my ass and finally feeling good about my workouts and weight.  

 

05/01 - 45 minute total running with husband on trails

05/02 - 50 minutes elliptical 

05/03 - 55 minutes at gym

 

150 total

I'm so glad you are feeling good! I do, too. I have made changes in the last 6 months and feel better than I ever have (or at least better than I ever remember feeling, lol). I should up my goal minutes, but I am afraid I won't make it then. Heh.

I might not make it to 1800 total with 800 as "anything that is not gentle cardio"!  Yikes!

4/1 - 40 minutes walking; 15 minutes Bikini Body Workout (It's a 30 minute sculpt session, but my young Miss woke up and would not accept anything other than my undivided attention!)

I'm afraid to even put a total down.  I used to.  And I spent 6 months missing the goal.
