05/07 - 70 minutes total 60 on the stairs at the gym. solid 10 stretching before and after
05/08 - 73 total shoulder arm and core workout running that stupid tiller
05/09 - 70 minutes total 60 on the elliptical - 8.3 miles (I was kicking butt!) - 4 stretching before and 6 after
05/10 - nada - spent the day with my 14 year old
05/11 - 90 minute run including 17 minute walk, stretching and cool down
05/12 - 35 minute yoga for runners 608 total
05/13 - 70 minutes running with hubby
05/14 - nada
05/15 - 68 minutes - 60 on the stairs - 8 stretching
05/16 - 90 minute run
