I'd love to reply... but.. it was 104* here today.  102* yesterday.  Forecast says 101* tomorrow... and *melt*.... 

I've just been hanging out in the basement sewing.

Here are all the diapers together (minus four I've given away)... and I didn't take a big picture of the bajillion wipes I've made over all the time.

There are (pictured) 11 small pockets, 7 newborn fitteds, 3 small fitteds, lots of contoured inserts for the small pockets.... and.. well.. I guess that's all ;)  I guess I didn't take a picture of all the doublers too.

And... these are just the diapers I've made in the last two months maybe.  I have lots of other diapers I've made from before with dd3 and dd4.  I *think* I should be pretty good to go, but I need to get everything rounded up (the older three keep using all the newborn diapers as doll diapers, so they're all over the house!) and tally it up to see what more I need :)

ETA:  I do need to get some PUL covers and some wool covers sewn up.  I prefer snap covers to pull-on ones (in case of leaks), but pull-on ones are faster ;)

Very pretty indeed. I've given up on sewing. I don't think I'll find the energy or willpower to do so in this pregnancy. I'm still making some wipes but that's about it.

Judybean--I think these pics are enough to sell your diapers! I know what it's like to feel your product needs to be 100% to sell, but I don't see any reason why you couldn't sell your diapers without tags!

That's good to know. I have enough newborn-sized covers that I may not need the grovias until the next stage. But maybe I'll just use them with my fitteds and forget the inserts!

Judy, those newborn diapers are sooooo cute! I get that you want to things to be perfect, but tags or no tags, I'd snap a couple of those up in a second!

Thank you, everybody :)  Your comments make my heart smile because I do love sewing and I do take pride in making quality items.  There are, obviously, times I take shortcuts with my own goods (slash pockets instead of fancy welt ones) and no tags, but otherwise, sturdy, well-sewn goods.  For the newborn diapers, the only shortcut is not having size tags.  They're completely structurally sound... and, when I downloaded the pattern (a long time ago, not sure if the 'rules' have changed now), I think I could sell the diapers but just give credit to the pattern I used...

Lots of continued heat in my part of the world and so we all retreat to the basement during the day ... and lucky for me, that's where my sewing room is!  And the laundry room too, so I've been catching up on some laundry!

I've been on a lap t-shirt kick...

Clearly, I need to just use a real camera.... but my phone is so darn handy ;)  The last group is some amazing organic cotton interlock trimmed in either blue or pink cottong lycra.  The hem on the blue one got far too wavy for my taste, but it's functional (dd4 messed with the tension on my serger and I didn't realize it until going to use my sewing machine and hem it all and it was a disaster that resulted in many tears and throwing the shirt across the room... but the next day I picked it up and finished it up... so even though it's not up to my perfection, it will work and it's not *that* bad I guess).
