Just curious what supplements of D3 and DHA other mamas are taking?
I've been doing a lot of research on vitamin supplements this pregnancy and finally feel pretty good about choosing a couple Nordic Natural supplements to go along with my multivitamin and B complex - Nordic Vitamin D3 and Daily Prenatal DHA. I've been meaning to start taking a DHA supplement for some time, well before I got pregnant, and then starting reading about D3 as well.
