Exercises to balance pelvis

Does anyone know any good things to do to help keep your pelvis in balance? Or to get it balanced if it's off? I've been getting a lot of pain/aches, especially on the left side. Probably a bit out of alignment, but I don't know what works well for that sort of thing. Ideas?

Thanks for the link. I have been going to physical therapy for a month now,and target toning pelvic muscles has really helped.
