I just received my results.  I started a new job and cannot get to the doctor for 3 weeks.  I just cant wait.  I was wondering if anyone can help with these results.

 

Free Cortisol Rhythm

6-8am                    8               13-24 nM                             

11a-1pm                   5              5-10 nM

4-5pm                       5              3-8 nM

10p- midnight        4               1-4 nM

 

Cortisol Load     22               23-42 nM

 

Depressed morning cortisol <13 nM is suggestive of marginal HPA(Hypothalmic-Pituitary-Adrenal) performance.  Normal rhythms exhibit highest cortisol value for the day at 7 - 8 am.
