Book suggestion for an unintentional UC?

My last labor was only 1:45 min long and I've been told #3 could come very fast.  I picked a smaller hospital close by my home instead of the big baby-friendly hospital I've previously delivered at an hour away.  I really hope that I make it to the hospital as I had accreta with my first delivery and needed surgery and transfusions so an unassisted birth would not be ideal.  ...but, I think of the what ifs?  What if I am one of those women that begin contractions and while I am waiting for my sitter to come to our house and my husband to get home from work to drive me to the hospital, I end up having the baby by the front door with only my 2 year old and 4 year old to help?  I know we have a long way until delivery (and probably longer if it's anything like my 42 week gestation with my last pregnancy) but already, my mind of trying to figure out these what ifs.

So, sorry for my long winded way of asking - but does anyone have any good unassisted birth books to read that would put my mind at ease for that just-in-case scenario?

Often fast births present fewer complications, if that puts your mind at ease at all, but I like:

the stuff on neonatal resuscitation and maternal resuscitation are outdated, though but I like this site on neonatal resuscitation (http://midwifethinking.com/2010/08/26/the-placenta-essential-resuscitation-equipment/) though I'd recommend you try to find a neonatal resuscitation class if there's one available to non-medical professionals in your area.

I also disagree with such a hands-on breech delivery, particularly by lay people (they mention the hands-off approach briefly, but there's a lot about stuff you could do to try to intervene, too).

This has a lot of information on shoulder dystocia for medical providers that you couldn't do by yourself at the beginning, but keep reading: there's good stuff in it for you to try by yourself (and shoulder dystocia is also something that generally doesn't happen in super quick births).

Overall, though, it's my favorite quick and dirty book.

Thank you so much for the link.  This is exactly what I was hoping to read. :)
