Ribbon twirlers.. where does one get them?

Hi,

My DD is really asking for some ribbon twirlers. Where does one get them? Apart from Amazon (which will take 10 days to reach us).

TIA

Something like this? http://www.magiccabin.com/silk-streamers_p551.html

If so, I think I've seen some at a party favors store, and maybe even in the party favors section at one of the dollar stores. Obviously they were not as impressive and nice looking as the one in the link, but they were similar in design.

If I were you, and wanted one immediately, then I'd go to the crafts store and pick up a wooden dowel and some ribbon and make your own.

I've taught a music class using these from Oriental Trading before.  They are pretty good overall.

I just ordered them off of Amazon..

MamaintheDesert.. thank you- that was a great suggestion about making my own but currently my life is so hectic that I thought it best to just order them...

Thandiwe..those wrist rings are real nifty. If my DD takes to these then I may venture into those too.
