Hello Richmond VA!

We are moving to Richmond VA in less than 2 weeks. We'll be in the West End area. I was wondering about play-groups that might meet. And if there are a lot of homeschooler's in the area? and can anyone recommend a doctor's office, that is okay with no vaccines?

I just moved here too and am wondering the same thing. I know there is a holistic MD in Prince George named Melanie Caldwell. But that's a long drive from the West End. I'd be up for a play date. How old are your kids?

I guess I missed this post. My kids are 5 (almost 6) and 17 months. Are you close to the west end?

I signed up on this site back around the time I made this post. It has been helpful, lots of friendly people on there.

I just moved away from Richmond, to Southern West Virginia.  There is an active park/homeschool group that meets on the west end at Cheswick park across from Henrico Dr's Hospital (Forest).  Email me privately and I will put you in touch with my best friend who still attends that group.   There is a wide range of ages, from teens to babies.
