Not sure on when I'm due! « Back to Group Discussions

Not sure on exact due date, as I got pregnant with this bean during the wonky cycle after my miscarriage on March 9th. Had AF on April 4th, it was gone on the 7th, came back on the 8th, gone again on the 9th and we DTD on the 10th or 11th (not sure since I wasn't tracking anything)   Got a FAINT positive HPT on the 24th, and getting darker every day.  Had some slight brownish spotting on the 28th, but that stopped and tests were still positive.  I have my first OB appointment this coming Thursday.    

If you go by my LMP, my due date is January 7th which would make it impossible for me to have gotten positive HPTs when I did (I would have only been 3 weeks).  If you go by when I KNOW we DTD, and put that as my O date, then my due date is January 2.  Either way, I'll be straddling the December and January groups, as I'll unfortunately be a scheduled c-section.  

Very confused, but very happy.  I guess I'll know more after my appointment and hopefully they'll just do a dating u/s to straighten this all out.

When do you usually get your faint positives?  I usually get faint positives at 11 or 12 DPO with the tests I use, so for me I've used that to confirm around when I got pregnant (I'm fuzzy likely within 2-3 days but that's OK!).

I was only 3w1d or 3w2d when I got my positive...

My due date is the 1st. I got my positive quite early. I'm going to hang with December and hope baby comes a bit early.

I would say that you probably did get pregnant on the 10th/11th which would put u at 12 ish DPO when u tested.

I think if someone emails a moderator or something likely they'll start a January group...I might wind up posting in both as 3/4 of mine came 3-8 days after my due date!

I usually only start to get faint positives around 10 days past ovulation.  I had tested on the 23rd with a CBE and it was negative, extremely faint positive on a CBE with FMU on the 24th, definite positive with an FRER that afternoon.  It may have been positive earlier but I think the CBE tests suck.  

This is my 5th pregnancy and with all of them I never tested positive earlier than 3 weeks and 5 days, and I tend to O really early on in my cycle, usually between CD 10 and 12 and I have short cycles - 24 to 26 days.  

We also didn't DTD again until the following weekend (the 14th), and sorry for the TMI, but he pulled out 

I really want to make sure I get this straightened out since I have to schedule a c/s and am planning on pushing it as close to my due date as possible.  No chance for a VBAC with this one, as I tried to VBAC with my son 3 years ago and had major complications.
