Mutlip Mama's: when are you expectin to feel movement? - Page 2

I think it's usually around 16-18 weeks here too for me.  I am pretty sure I have had at least two anterior placentas, maybe three, in past pregnancies.

This is my 2nd (13w tomorrow) and for my first I didn't feel movement till maybe 16w or more. But every once in a while (esp if sitting upright w/tight pants in the evening!) I can feel distinct goldfishy flutters. So thrilling, though not a regular occurrence yet, and so mild. joy.gif

I'm 9w4d today and still nothing, but reading this thread makes me so excited. joy.gif I'm "showing" already and baby is the size of a grape according to my app, lol, so tiny movements can't be far behnd. orngbiggrin.gif

I felt my son at 17 weeks.  I'm hoping for 15 weeks this time?  My uterus is majorly backwards and I think that plays into it - meaning that I won't feel baby for awhile yet.  I felt baby flutterings when I wasn't pregnant.... and I feel them now.... but I know they're not a real baby.  Just little bubbles and twitches moving around in my body (if that makes sense).

I swear I am feeling flutters, I will be 10 weeks on Monday. I thought it seemed early, but I am very thin and I felt dd (my first) at 13 weeks. With ds my placenta was in the front, so movement with him was a bit delayed. So, interesting to read your post. I absolutely LOVE feeling babies swish about, maybe I am imagining things? But, who knows?

This morning I was sitting upright at my desk drinking a glass of water and I felt what I can only compare to bubbles popping against the inside of my lower belly. Probably about seven of the "bubbles", and then it stopped. I know it was my little baby!

I felt my son around 14-15 weeks. He moved constantly and is to this day a super busy guy. I've often wondered if other babies with different personalities would seem quiet by comparison. With this one (a singleton as far as I know but U/S will confirm that Tues!), I've felt a few little flutters at 11-12 weeks. I can't wait for the full on daily acrobatics. That's one of my favorite things about pregnancy!

Ok so after being sure I felt a little movement a few weeks ago, redface.gif I now think this is my situation too! Oh well, I can't wait for the real thing in a few more weeks (I'm 14w)

i have a tipped uterus, so i'm not expecting much. i felt dd at 19 weeks and she was a crazy mover in the womb so i wasn't not feeling her before then because she was being still. just had to wait for my uterus to tip the right way. i'm hoping for earlier, but not really expecting anything before at least 16 or 17 weeks. saw little one kicking like crazy on u/s the other day (at 11 weeks) but can't feel any of it.

Well, I am 10 weeks now. I was hoping to possibly feel something at around 14 weeks or so, but I've beent thinking more, and it's probably going to be quite a bit later for me. My c-section was just this past November and my skin is still completely numb all around my incision. greensad.gif So I'm thinking the baby will have to start kicking me above that spot before I can feel anything.

Meanwhile, I just do my weekly doppler listens, and those satisfy me, lol.

I felt the other boys around 16 weeks for the first, and 14 for the other 2. Probably about the same this time, I expect.

This morning I was working at my computer and felt the weirdest thing - it felt like when a bigger baby does a full summer-sault, but it was so crazy I had to stand up & sit back down to get comfortable. I think my uterus just 'popped' into another position, I don;t remember feeling anything like that in any other pregnancy!

so after my "i won't feel anything for months" post, i'm almost certain i felt baby last night. i'm 12 weeks today. dh and i had some "alone time" before bed and my uterus always contracts a bit afterward so i'm very aware of its size and location. and right after that, curled up to go to sleep, i felt a lot of little flutters right in the uterus. didn't feel like the tiny gas bubbles i've been feeling, since it was in the uterus and didn't move around when i changed position...30 minutes of tiny kicks right in the same spot, right where i felt dd move for the first time. i went to sleep grinning.
