I am loitering at 170.5!  Not so cool.  I have been feeling super lousy for the last week, but finally got my stupid period.  Longest cycle ever.  It's wigging me out, but the doctor isn't worried.

Now, I think I am getting a cold/flu, so that is less than impressive.  I hope things start to pick up again real soon!

I couldn't get an accurate weight on my scale this morning. DH needs to level the RV so it's not sloping in the front. Also he had to use the platform that he made me to weigh myself. So the combo of carpet and unlevel surface didn't help. My weight was different every time I stood on the scale. My highest weight was 190 and my lowest was 182. If I had to guess I would say 187, that's what I weighed the other day at my grandmas house.

isn't it possible to put the scale outside, on the road or pavement ?

I am going to put air in my bike tires today.  The idea of biking where I need to go sounds like a good idea.  Summer is here for me - most of my school responsibilities are gone - now some planning for next year committee stuff.  I can bike to work for that as it doesn't have as stringent times to it.

Not if you weigh yourself naked! And what's to say that the pavement is level! If my RV isn't level, neither is the pavement!

LOL ... i didn't think of the nakedness issue ....

silly of me, I assumed all pavements were level (what can i say, i'm a city dweller, a garden is highly exotic to me & "normal" means streets with angles, so i assume that roads are flat ....)

I am so sorry I spaced!  I weighed in on Monday (on the doctor's mean scales too, lol) and have been so caught up with end of school madness (chaperoned two field trips all day, back to back) that I forgot to post - 142 this week!  I've stepped up my workouts, scaled back my food, more salads for unch, more water, more sleep! (going to be earlier) and less wine :(  22 more pounds to go and I am determined!

ugh!  I am back in town and stepped on the scale.  The hiking, biking and swimming I did while away did not offset the eating out (often including deserts bag.gif). 

So...I am logging back onto MyFitnessPal and am going to really watch the carbs - hopefully I can undo the damage quickly.

I was so broke this last week that I had to pantry eat. That is down right impossible when you're doing low carb so I don't think I'm doing to well here. We finally got groceries today and I'm back on the bandwagon.

I have the flu!  Waaaaaaaa!  bawling.gif

First the sore throat, then the runny nose, now the cough.  I look like Rudolph, and have a bark worse than my dogs.  

On one hand, exercising is impossible when you can't breathe, but on the other - my appetite is pretty small at the moment.  I can't wait for this to be over.

Hope you start feeling better Milk.  My DH has been sick with a cold this week that has just taken the energy out of him.  I think I may have caught it.  But then again it may just be allergies for me.
