The eight week healthy weight loss challenge - version 3.0 (starting 21/05/21) - Page 17

179.4

I think part of that may be dehydration, but I'm taking it.

134 even, which puts me at 60 lbs lost since January!

186.8. Only 1 lb lost this week, which is irritating, but I am in the middle of AF.

Wow! Congratulations!

I hope I can say the same some day.

(but at this rate of loosing one pound per week it will take me forever.)

Ugh, I feel like crap this morning.  I am showing a weight gain which is very abnormal for me and my insides feel swollen and awful.   I think it was the whole wheat pasta we had for dinner last night.  The last time I ate it I had the same reaction.  Stinks, because I bought a huge bag of it.  My poor son has the same reaction and he was hurting last night as well.

Pffftt...I really don't ant to go back on the wheat-free thing, but it looks like we are doomed.

Anyway, 3 pound weight gain...185.  angry.gif

206.5.  I had a stress-eating week.  Momentarily, it felt nice to give up and eat 'anything' but it is not what I want.  Back on the track.  I want to be like DantesMom, 60 pounds in 6 months - that is excellent!

143 again.

Between the emotional eating and an allergic reaction that has left me puffy all over, I have an amazing 7# (182.4#) gain this week!!!!!!!!  Yuck!!!!!!!!  I am hoping a significant amount of that is water weight from being so swollen, but it is depressing none the less.  What a way to start off my navy-induced single parenting month . . . hubby also left for the ship this morning at 4:30 am (anticipating this was the reason for my wayward eating this past week).  So it looks like it is time for me to detox and kick my butt into high gear.

Talk about a frustrating day!

Congrats to Dantesmama!!!!!!!!!!

Heres to ending this challenge on a strong note and making next week (the last week for version 3.0) REALLY countbiggrinbounce.gif

Back later with charts and such . . .

140.

171. So now I've officially finished 90 days of P90X lean. I lost about 15 pounds and went from 27% bodyfat to 21%. Yay! Oh, and I'm going to pretend I gained a pound of muscle last week ;)

I am the same yet again.

Dantesmama and BFM, you are both doing amazing.  I'm so happy (but kinda jealous)!!!

We are still missing 6 weigh ins at this point, so I will wait until tonight to post our chart in hopes that it will be more complete by then.

Milk - any thoughts on a version 4.0?

Guys, I am more than happy for 4.0 to go ahead, however I would love if someone else took over as thread keeper.  (Not that I have done much any way, it's all been BFM - thank you!)

If another thread goes ahead, I may join, or I may skip this one out.  Definitely I still have some weight to lose, but I have really struggled this challenge, and a break might be just what I need.

Oh mama, I am so with you on this one.  We are not military, but my dh does a lot of traveling for work.  A month at a time is very normal for us.  And I always, Always, AWAYS stress eat before he goes.  I get so panicky that maybe this is the one time that I won't be able to handle the kids or the house or the car or the bills and I get so worked up about the weight on my shoulders.

Anyway, I know it is hard.  Just wanted to let you know that I am pulling for you and I can empathize.
