Temping and night nursing

I have a 3.5 month old and just got my period for the first time after the pregnancy.  I want to start temping again because we want to start TTC towards the end of the year and I want to make sure all systems are functioning.  The problem is that my baby wakes up to nurse at midnight and 3am, and then wakes up for good at 6:30am, which means I only get 3 hours of sleep (if I'm lucky) between the 3am nursing and the morning.  Does anyone know if this will throw off the temperature readings?

Do you cosleep? If so, I don't think your temps would be affected. (Mine aren't) My guess physically getting up to nurse baby if baby sleeps in a nursery might affect your temperature. But it doesn't hurt to try and see what your profile looks like.
