hypnobirthing question

what does "your X (body, abdomen...) vibrates to the color Y (red, orange...) mean?"

i bought the hypnobirthing book and tapes. i've been listening to the tapes and i do find them relaxing but i don't know what she's talking about with the body vibrating stuff?

can somebody please explain it to me?

Don't really know what it means, but I just focused on relaxing said body part when she said that. I did find that it would become so relaxed, it felt sort of numb. I had 2 great hypnobirthing experiences, so I guess it worked, lol!

I actually thought some of the texts were pretty weird. I found I couldn't listen to them & try to figure out the meaning, or else I'd end up laughing--you know?

I just concentrated on whatever part of my body she was talking about & felt it relax and grow warm.

It gets easier with practice! Really!!
