Diets and nutrition info

What are some names and resources of specific pregnancy diets? I thought there were a few floating around, like geared toward either prevention or treatment of pre-ecclampsia, and some others?

I'm trying to avoid my 4th bout of hyperemesis, and I will do ANYTHING! I've thought of cutting out dairy and gluten and sugar, but I don't just want to wing it (I'm terrible at that). I need some clearer guidance in what I should be eating.

Boogie, I have always followed the Brewer Pregnancy Diet, you can read about it at blueribbonbaby.com - it has given me healthy LO's thus far smile.gif. Chris Kresser's Healthy Baby Code course also has good info but you have to buy the course to get it.

For moms with multiples on board, Dr. Barbara Luke's book / website are fantastic.

IMO good nutrition is critical!

I followed the Brewer Diet with my previous 4 pregnancies and had very healthy pregnancies and babies!

The midwife group I see in DC, Wisdom, has some nutrition guidelines that I think are pretty practical, and work for me - that said, I've been super-naseous and have only been able to get down turkey sandwiches on white bread today!  Hoping for better tomorrow ROTFLMAO.gif
