Anyone used Detoxosode Metals for infant?

I have been seeing a kinesiologist for my infants allergies and have been told she is allergic to corn, soy, raspberries, orange, and a variety of other foods. I have been off the top 8 since she was one week old and now she is 6 months as well as the "odd" ones since three months. Her eczema is MUCH improved but she is not well. He has now muscle tested her for heavy metals and says she has tons of thallium in her system. He asked if I had ever smoked (and I had for 20 years in my previous like...yikes!) He recommended Detoxosode and I am very nervous about that...anyone had any experience with this? Not sure I am willing to do this...considering getting tested my an MD to confirm but wanted to hear any feedback?

I've used the Detoxosode products on my pets and myself for a few years now, and have never had a problem.  I work with a doctor who does Nutrition Response Testing (NRT) and he uses these products quite often.  I wouldn't bother discussing it with an M.D. because they are uneducated when it comes to homeopathy, kinesiology, etc.  They will simply try to discredit it because they don't understand it.  I wouldn't worry about it harming your child.  That's one of the great things about homeopathy, it can't hurt you.  If you want another practitioner, you could call the Ulan School in Tampa, Florida and ask for referrals in your area.  I can help you if you're in Atlanta as I know who practices the NRT in this area.

1) The reason most MDs don't recommend homeopathy and kinesiology is not because they don't understand them.  They discredit them because they are scams.  MDs have 4-20 years of advance training in chemistry, physiology, biology, etc.  They understand the intricate workings of the human body more fully than any person with an online bachelor's degree in alternative medicine.  http://www.quackwatch.org/01QuackeryRelatedTopics/homeo.html

2) It can't harm you?  Really?  Here's people who say otherwise:  http://whatstheharm.net/homeopathy.html

Go to a DR first.  See what they have to say.  It's like anything you always want a second opinion.

Yeah, cause medicine prescribed by doctors who operate under the medical model never hurt anyone. I wonder how many people die for misdiagnosis under the medical model, or mistreatment even. Don't look at the negative side of medicine...
