I go in today for the confirmation at the clinic. When I called yesterday, the conversation went as follows:


When was your LMP?
-m/c March 26, no cycle since then, HPT showed BFP. 

Ok, well, the hormones could still be in your system, but it was early and it's been a few months (I think she meant weeks). So, you're scheduled for tomorrow at 2. And it's a urine test.

And the home test I took wasn't???

Nothing like calling a medical office and having their line of questioning make you doubt whether you're even pregnant. BFP or not.

yay! yeah, with miscarrying so early there is no way you would still have detectable hcg levels still hanging around. congrats on knowing you are for sure pregnant :)

Yeah, with as many pregnancies as I've had (This is # 6!?!), as long as I've been on mothering (since early 2001, before the crash), as much research as I've done, I knew there was no way hcg would still be in my system. :p But, we do what we must to get the care we seek, right?
