A healthy habit that I think is good for children and parents alike, besides eating healthy foods and exercise, is to start off the day singing and end the day listing 3-5 things that you felt good about or enjoyed during that day. It keeps a positive attitude which is important and reminds us to be thankful for each day. It also teaches us that no matter what obstacles or trials we had during that day, that we can always find something to be positive about.
You can eat as healthy as you want but if you aren't happy with yourself or life, what good is it?...
