Pumping for a baby and nursing a 2 year old.

Help..I can't get any milk. My 2 year old nurses on demand. I am pumping when she is napping. This is the first time. I have nothing. It's annoying. Whne I says "This is uesless. This isn't working" my husband says nothing and then when I get mad at him for not trying to encourage me he says he didn't know what I was talking about and then says ..."Well don'g do it then , if it's not working" argh! Hello!  This is the smae man who did 12 weeks of Bradly Method classes with me. How can he tell me to give up? Anyways..I have no milk.... I don't know what to do. I pumped a quarter of an ounce. That's it. ANd I have a $600 Hospital grade pump.

How old is your baby?

It may take a few days for your breasts to produce for the pump. I don't know why that is, but it's something a lot of people experience. So keep trying.
