For all of you Mamas who are or have lost weight and kept it off long term, how do you stay motivated to keep at your healthy life-style changes like keeping the healthy eating habits rather than letting junk creep back in or letting your portion sizes creep up or any other similar destructive behavior.  What about activity levels - how do you keep your workouts interesting and motivating?

 

I have gained and lost frequently over the last 10 years, but keeping it up over the long haul is my goal.  So for those who have stepped off the merry-go-round of weight gain/loss, what has worked for you?
