"About A Boy" --Anyone Seen It?????

I'm just curious if anyone else has seen this movie. . . it's quite a nice story, very funny. Hugh Grant seems to have finally gotten his acting chops into a vehicle that shows his talent.

Has anyone seen it who's read the book? I read it a couple of weeks ago and loved it, now I'm a little nervous about seeing the movie... I know much will be changed and I'm fine with that, just don't want a story I really enjoyed to be Any thoughts? thanks!

I've never read the book, but I saw the movie last Friday with a friend and I really liked it. I thought the film was touching, but not sad. Perhaps the storyline was significantly altered.
