puffy bags under eyes

Hi All,

My dd(5yo) has had these bags under her eyes since she was little.  The bags form a kind of indent way down on the side of her cheek, if you know what I mean.  I don't know if this is just how she looks, or if there might be some kind a allergy or other medical issue going on.  We don't do cow milk, peanuts, corn, or soy, or any preservatives or food colorings at our house(her big sister has these allergies).  So I am running out things to try eliminating.  She doesn't seem to have any other health issues going on( no coughing, runny nose, sneezing, skin rash, behavioral problems, etc.).  However she does tend to have loose bowels and she still wets her bed often times at night.  Any thoughts?  Thanks

Hmm, I tried to put a photo on my post, but it didn't work.  So I will try to explain.  You can really see the outline of where her sinus cavities are under her eyes.  It seems kind of sunken right under her eye, then puffy, further down her cheek if that makes sense.  Not particularly dark, just prominent bags.
