Hello to any of my fellow doulas.

If you or anyone you know needs a website for your doula work you should talk to my husband. He built mine (DoulaUtah.com) in literally like one night. I'm not doing this because he needs the work but because I want to help out other doulas. His prices are reasonable, and he makes it with wordpress so that you can make changes to content even if you have minimal technical knowledge.

Beautiful site.  So clean and lovely!  I have been trying to create a site of my own, but don't have the funds to hire anyone right now.  Been stuck with a boring site builder and it just never looks quite right.  Waaaaahhhh

I'm in Oregon.

I know Oregon has a lot of natural birth moms. Does that make the market super competitive there or does it just mean there are lots of people hiring doulas?

Both.  :)  

In my area alone there are dozens of doulas to choose from and they all stay relatively busy.
