Your natural remedies to work. I'm interested specifically in vitamin B supplements and fish oil supplements either alone or in conjunction. I'm wondering if anyone has had good results with these and if so, how long did it take? Also, how much are you taking? I know the recommendations and that they are supposed to work, but am wondering what the reality is. Thanks for any input!

I've taken flaxseed oil, which I would suspect acts similarly to fish oil, and I could feel the difference within a day or two (maybe it's a placebo effect). It was enough to keep my depression at bay during late pregnancy, but not enough for my PPD.
