Your natural remedies to work. I'm interested specifically in vitamin B supplements and fish oil supplements either alone or in conjunction. I'm wondering if anyone has had good results with these and if so, how long did it take? Also, how much are you taking? I know the recommendations and that they are supposed to work, but am wondering what the reality is. Thanks for any input!
