I know I'm probably slow to jump on this awesome train, but I thought I would mention that I started taking papaya enzyme for heart burn (already!) and it's working!! It also tastes great and I don't have to take it a whole lot, (yet.) With my two prior pregnancies, I lived on tums, but didn't want to start that this time since I'm not really eating dairy right now.
Who else has used this for heartburn? I'm so thankful for some wonderful friends who told me about it! Totally saving me right now!
