Hospital or home? Home, waterbirth!  (4th time doing so)

Team blue or pink?  Pretty sure it's a girl.  We saw a medium a couple of months ago and he said we would get pregnant in May and have a girl.

Earliest symptoms? Exhaustion, nausea

Surprise or TTC? TTC for 6 months

I have followed your story and said many many prayers for you and your family through an online friend of mine whose children go to school with yours.  I am so very sorry for your loss. stillheart.gif

I'm due January 28th but I just found out like most of you did!

Surprise or TTC?:

I was having problems with birth control and was late often

This month we decided it happens, it happens. Week after my period was due, a positive test!

One line was faint so I took another one the next day and two big pink lines joy.gif

Number of Kids/Partner:

I have an almost three year old son and my hero and I have been loving and living together for over a year

Hospital or Home?

I experienced birth loss due to a painful induction labour resulting in  a c-section with my first, my goal is a home birth, maybe water, maybe unassisted

Team Pink or Blue?:

Were hoping for twins, one of each!

Earliest Symptom:

Really bloated

Hello everyone!

Hey there-

I have seen on other DDC that they have a list of all the members as well as the introductions, just a little easier to see the basics about each person.... anyone interested?

Yep, someone who make a master list. Typically, you'd want it to be someone who gets online at least 4-5 times per week and is willing to keep it updated.

EDD: End of February some time?? No idea. Will know more at our dating sono next week.

Number of kids/partner: 8 y/o DS, and twin 14 month old DS's, and one very sweet DH that I love more than life!

General location, if you want to share: FLORIDA
Other things you could include, depending on how much you want to share...

Hospital or home? HOME VBAC Team blue or pink? Hoping for pink after 3 boys! Earliest symptoms? No AF, dizziness, nausea. Surprise or TTC? Complete surprise after having to go through IVF 2 years ago!

Still nursing both my 14 month old ds's, so I'm unsure of how three is going to work!! And this will also be our last baby. Sad about that, but happy that we'll get to be enjoying a different part of parenthood :)

Nanette! I am also in FL with 3 boys including twins and hoping for a girl. I am thinking about a HBAC since finding someone to do VBACS is so hard here. If you feel comfortable I'd love to talk more with you about that, where are you in FL?

Awesome! Nice to meet someone in the same boat! And absolutely- I'm in Central Florida. I'm lucky that I have a great M/W, who would have delivered my boys if we didn't have such crappy laws in this state :/  But she's comfortable doing HBACs, and I don't have any other risk criteria (thank goodness!) I have some friends that have been harassing me to join ICAN, they keep telling me it's a great resource, so thinking about going to a meeting. Have you found a care provider yet or are you still looking? Where in FL are you?

Nanette I am ALSO in Central FL!! In Lake County. I'd love to hear more about your MW, maybe we can share! LOL

Number of kids/partner: No living children, had a m/c at the end of last year. Been with my husband for 8 years, married for almost 3 (our anniversary is this month)
Other things you could include, depending on how much you want to share...
Earliest symptoms? Heart palpitations, dizziness, raised body temperature, tiredness from small tasks, hungry often, sore nipples.
Surprise or TTC? Surprise

This pregnancy has come in the middle of an extremely stressful time - having marital issues, moved to a totally new state 3 months ago so not that many friends. I am 100% happy about the pregnancy, kept crying happy tears when I found out, I just have in the back of my mind that I MAY end up doing this on my own, but I am not phased by that. Love my little bean! The child I lost was a boy. I would love a girl, but either way as long as my child is healthy I won't be disappointed in any way shape or form.

Number of kids/partner: Married with 2 girls, Fiona (6) and Daphne (4)

General location, if you want to share: Madison, WI

Other things you could include, depending on how much you want to share... Very happy.  I feel like it's been a while and I need to get back in the swing of things here.

Hospital or home? Home.  This will be our 3rd homebirth but we'll have to find a new midwife as we've relocated since the girls were born.

Team blue or pink? Not a concern.  A girl would be comfortable, a boy would be a whole new adventure.

Earliest symptoms? SO TIRED!!  Sore breasts.  Occasional nausea but no big deal.

Surprise or TTC? Neither really.  We weren't trying not to conceive...  so maybe closer to TTC but the timing was a bit of a surprise, I must have ovulated early :)
