Hi mama's! A friend of mine gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, June, 1 week ago. In the past few days June has been diagnosed w a serious heart defect, she has an atrial septal defect and a ventricular septal defect and is currently intubated and sedated and they have placed a central line. She will need open-heart surgery when stable. They are hoping to be able to hold off for a few months to allow her to grow but may not be able to wait.
Please say a prayer and send strength to this special family.
