Introducing Hannah Louise; born May 12, 2012 at 12:36pm, weighing 8lbs 11oz. We had an interesting hospital stay, but everyone is happy and healthy. I don't know how all you moms managed to get your birth announcements up so early! I don't know where the time in the days goes!!!
The story... I lost my mucus plug on Wed. May 9, water broke around dinnertime the next day. As I tested positive for group B strep, I was put on antibiotics immediately when we got to the hospital. Around 4:30 am on May 12, my contractions finally started to get more regular. It was a long couple of days, but the labour itself was not too bad!!!
I had myself psyched up, but things went quickly and we were finished the pushing stage in 40 minutes. We are over the moon.
