It is very creamy compared to goat or cows milk and taste great. It is somewhat common in India's rural-suburbs areas because they require less care.

Do you mean Water Buffalo or Bison? I used to be able to get a yogurt made from Water Buffalo milk that was delicious but I haven't seen it in awhile. Really wish there was more biodiversity in our dairy industry here in the US. Our local Whole Foods does carry some goat and sheep milk products but primarily it is cow.

Same here. I would too like to see more options. I did meant water buffalo. I usually buy my milk from a farm in New Jersey and they do door service.
