I'm wanting my kids to eat some fermented foods. I am a complete novice. I've heard sourdough and buttermilk pancakes are a way to get kids- who reject saurkraut for instance- to get some of the benefits of fermenting. Like I said, I am a complete novice. I have not even researched any books/cookbooks about this method... just going on the brief advice from a very smart health professional.
