HBAC in Skagit Area

Hi,

I live in Mt Vernon and am having trouble finding a midwife who will take me on! I'm 7-8 weeks pregnant and my husband and I really want to have a homebirth this time. Trouble is, I had a c-section at the birth of my twins and all the midwives I've talked to refer me to the hospital or a doctor in the area. 

Any midwife suggestions?
