How to find best auto refinancing rates

I feel a bit ashamed of my ignorance, but it is what it is so I'm hoping you can help me out....We're trying to trim as much fat as possible from our monthly expenses and I thought about looking into refinancing our car loan to get a lower rate and lower payments, but I've never refinanced a car loan before so I'm clueless. We have 34 months left on our current loan at a rate of 3.64%. Our credit rating is solid and I'm pretty confident that we can secure a better rate, but I have no idea how to find who might offer us the best rate without having to just take guesses and complete a lot if applications, which doesn't sound fun. Help, please....

I don't know about car refinancing. I suppose it depends who the loan was through (bank or car dealer?). I do want to say that your rate is really good. I wonder if you are able to refinance to 1% ... I imagine it would cost money to refinance, and at your current rate you may be better off plopping that cost onto the principle loan.
