Oral Health? Pregnancy changes my mouth, so gross!

Hi! I am really hoping that I am not the only one with this.

I'm 8 and a half weeks and my mouth is really bothering me. My gums hurt all the time and my enamel is so soft and porous. Seems like anything I drink besides water turns my teeth colors. Tea stains them, even my blue tinted mouthwash makes them blue!

I'm pretty committed to oral hygiene. I brush, floss and use antiseptic mouthwash twice a day but still I have problems.

I feel like my teeth will fall out before the baby comes! It is much more drastic than my last pregnancy.

Anyone else? Have you found a product or routine that helps?

I always have dental issues in pregnancy too...bleeding/sensitive gums and sensitive teeth and I always end up with a few cavities after all is said and done.  I have asked my dentist if there is anything I can do and he has always told me that it is just a problem that some women have and never provided any solutions.  If anyone else has some input I'd be happy to hear it too!

Have you ever read how to heal tooth decay?

http://www.amazon.com/Cure-Tooth-Decay-Cavities-Nutrition/dp/1434810607/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1339117527&sr=8-1

I haven't read it but lots of friends have and they swear by it!
