Here are a few options feel free to keep adding to the list...Here's a couple of our common meals. If we are being realy good we serve a fermented vegetable (sauerkraut, pickles, and dilly carrots are our favorites) and homemade stock in a mug.
Grilled Chicken Quarters and wings-with bbq sauce

ground beef, celery root, onion in a sour cream sauce
hamburger tomato soup
2qt stock, 1 jar tomato paste,
add browned ground beef cooked with onion
Sour cream on top
2qt stock and 1 head of cauliflower (or package of frozen) Bring to boil and simmer for 25minutes
Salt ground beef add spices if desired...roll into mini-meatballs.(we do dime size)
Use handblender and cream cauliflower into a smooth puree and bring to a boil
Drop meat balls into soup and let cook 5-10 minutes depending on their size.
