Anyone read/used "101 ways to work out with weights"

I'm looking for a book I can take to the gym, using mostly dumbells. I'm new to weights so pictures helps. I was hoping for a book with a lot of exercises and less wordy commentary or diet chapters. Tried this one? http://www.amazon.com/101-Ways-Work-Out-Weights/dp/1592332161/ref=sr_1_5?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1339125537&sr=1-5

I'm also considering one of the New Rules books. Does it matter which one I get? I was looking at the one for women or midlife.

I just borrowed the New Rules books (the one for women and the abs one) from our library and I enjoyed flipping through them.   They seem pretty good at describing things and there are plenty of pictures for me.  I found a few new things I've enjoyed adding to my routine, but I don't follow their program exactly or anything.

I haven't seen the midlife one to compare it, but I liked the one for women better than the abs one (even though the abs one is supposedly the more up to date information wise).
