How does an adult gather their vax records?

I am supposed to enroll in college in a few weeks, and I am supposed to bring my vax records. I am 29 years old, and I'm pretty sure I'm fully vaxxed, I know the doctors checked everything when I was pregnant with both of my kids.

But I have no idea who to contact to get my records. Would my ob from my pregnancy still have stuff like that, even if it's been 7 years since I was there?

You might want to check your baby book if you have it, or ask your parents if possible if they still have your shot card.  Otherwise, you could ask your primary care physician to check your titers, but first check with your insurance to see if that will be covered.

Thank you, Bokonon. I will double check with my mom, but I don't think she has it anymore. I hope I don't have to have titers tested, I have no insurance.

Will colleges (it's a state university) accept religious exemptions? (I'm in Kansas) If so, I will just file one of those. I already have them for both of my kids.
