with my first 4 babies by 3 weeks i could tell they were going to have blue eyes but my new guy is one month and his eyes look hazel.brown still. i think his eyes wont be turning blue like his siblings.

So far, they're still dark blue. Definitely darker than DS1, but still blue. It's ridiculous to me that I managed to push out two blue-eyed ginger boys. I'm a brown-eyed brunette; they took 100% after daddy.

Eyes can take up to one year to be their "true" color!

At first I though A's would be like his 3 biggest siblings, blue.  But now they appear brownish/ or even green....

Wow!

I would be amazed to not have a blue-eyed baby!  Dh and I both have blue eyes, and all of our kids do.  Is it even possible for us to have a baby with another color?

my oldest had sky blue eyes since days one. the next three had muddy eyes that were true blue by 6 weeks. at three weeks i could tell they would be blue. my youngest his eyes look hazel with no hint of any blue. he is one month old. i have blue eyes hubby has brown so there  is a possibility for both. my first 4 kids had their permanent color well before even the 6 month mark. my baby's eyes remind me of the color my girlfriend's son's brown eyes were at that age. just wondering if anyone here can tell what color eyes their baby will be having yet.

Deacon's eyes are a deep gray-blue and have been since birth. I bet they will eventually turn brown but I would love for them to stay this amazing deep blue they are now!

According to "experts", no.  BUT my parents both have blue eyes and mine are green.  :)

Pretty!

Layla's are brown now, but I'm hoping they turn green.  DD1's were blue until she was maybe 3 or so, then they turned green.

Soren's eyes are dark blue and getting increasingly lighter.

My eyes are green but were blue when i was really young and then hazel before green. The donor's eyes were green/brown according to his profile.

I REALLY am hoping for green eyes but blue would be cute too.

I'm also interested in his hair color. He has fairly dark hair on the sides but its pretty light on top and the roots look light. I'm interested to see what it will be (we are hoping really dark like mine).

His eyes are so big!  :)  Love 'em!

I'm curious to see what texture Layla's hair will be.  It could be anywhere from spiral curls to wavy.  :)

I am now three for three for blue eyed, reddish brown haired babies. I'm brown eyed brunette. Keep hoping for a brown-eyed baby... maybe #4?

DH is blue eyed, and my mom is blue eyed so genetically blue is more likely, I think is the story? I can always tell the geeky people who look at the babies and then at me and are like, "WHAT? How does this child have blue eyes- yours are brown!?" All is explained when I say my mom is blue eyed. I don't even understand it.

I'm pretty sure his eyes are going to stay brown. :)  They're super dark and huge. :)

dd1 was born with very dark almost black eyes then around 4ish mths old they started to turn blur and they stayed bright sky blue until she was about 20 mths then they turned hazel green

ds has my eyes a beautiful chocolate brown they have always been that color.

dd2 was born with very dark almost black eyes but now are grey blue, don't know what color they will settle on.

FYI I was told green eyes can take the longest to settle everyone thought DD1 eyes would stay sky blue because they were that color when she was 20 mths old but they started to change to the hazel green by age 2ish

our sons hair is ligh brown with these sandy blondish kind of redish highlight, he has the lightest hair of all our kids

BTW DH eyes are very light hazel green, his moms eyes are GREEN and I mean bright green, his aunt and my grandmas eyes are bright blue and my sons skin is very pale and my older dd is very light tan and my youngest is brown skin :-)

an array of color :-)

DS' eyes haven't changed since birth. Bright blue w a brown starburst in his left eye.

I'm hoping DD's eyes don't change, either. They're a gorgeous charcoal grey w just a hint of blue. They're that color of blue-grey that you're not quite sure whether they're blue or grey, but dark, just a few shades from black, w a ring of a true light grey around the pupil. Just beautiful. Although I'll say that if it weren't for the lighting in the hospital, i'd probably think they're just plain dk grey.
